New types of polyester industrial yarns


Polyester industrial HMLS yarns dtex 1100, 1440, 1670 and HM yarns dtex 1100 are applied mostly in the production of polyester tire fabrics. The yarns are adhesive to rubber. HM yarns have high breaking strength, i.e. not less than 82 cN/tex. They are applied for rigging, ropes and slings production. These yarns have higher specific breaking load and lower elongation.

Production of HT yarns with high adhesion to rubber and LS non-adhesive yarns with low shrinkage came on stream. HT yarns have high breaking strength, i.e. not less than 82 cN/tex. Due to their low shrinkage and adhesion to rubber HT yarns can be applied in the production of rubber goods (conveyer belts, hoses, belts, etc.). LS yarn is applied mostly in the production of technical fabrics with polymer coating (awnings, tents, overhangs, etc.).
